I hate saying this, I hate talking about it. Oh Well!! BUT I want people to be aware where I am coming from and encourage/ support this goal.
I have always struggled with my weight, I have always been the
chubby girl and well for a
long time I have wanted to change. My sister (who is much more motivated, much more active, etc then me) and I have set the
goal to loose a substantial amount of weight by Christmas.
I have never been very good at sticking with my
weight loss goals, and more than anything I am hoping to create
healthy habits. I want Campbell to be
more active, than I am. I want
Campbell to be more confident, to feel better about life, to be/ have more fun etc. I have to get a few things in order before I can really see/prove how I am doing,
I need a scale and a better education on how the food I eat effects my goals.
Wish me luck and healthy ideas/ tricks are very welcome!
